6. Trading Decisions, User Responsibility & Limitation of Liability

CryptoAzPRO is an analytical software product. It is not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, fiduciary, trading account manager or automated trading service.

CryptoAzPRO does not make trading decisions for the user, does not place, open, modify or close trades on the user's behalf, does not hold or control user funds and does not guarantee any profit, trading result, signal accuracy or future market outcome.

All charts, signals, setups, Entry/SL/TP levels, scores, confidence values, Brain outputs, historical comparisons, scenarios, notifications and other analytical information are provided solely as tools to support the user's own independent analysis. They must not be treated as an instruction or obligation to buy, sell, hold or otherwise trade any asset.

The user remains solely responsible for deciding whether to trade, which asset to trade, position size, leverage, entry and exit points, stop-loss placement and the amount of capital placed at risk. Before acting, the user should independently verify information and consider whether the contemplated transaction is appropriate for the user's circumstances and risk tolerance.

Cryptocurrency and derivatives trading involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of some or all capital committed to a trade. Past performance, historical patterns, backtests, model outputs and previous successful setups do not guarantee future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoAzPRO and its operator are not responsible for trading losses or other losses resulting from a user's independent decision to act, or not act, on analytical information provided by the software. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
